Be in a comfortable place where you can safely close your eyes and relax without interruption. Your regular bedtime is a particularly good time to listen, since the mind is very receptive as you are falling asleep.

There is no need to pay attention to each word, just relax and be in the presence of the music and words. It is fine to fall asleep while the CD is playing; the mind hears and remembers what is helpful.

Use the CD three or four times weekly, more if you wish.
